In July of 2016, Vistaprint assembled a small autonomous team to open the brand’s first retail store. Just short of one year later, Vistaprint Studio opened its doors in June 2017 in Toronto, Canada. Lauren will share the path her team took to design the strategy and deliver a completely seamless experience for customers to engage with the brand. She will talk about the agile methodology the team leveraged in the development stage where continuous customer feedback helped shape the store experience. Lauren will discuss some of the unique challenges an online company faces when moving offline.
