Matt Judge is designer who thrives at the intersection between business and design, inspired equally by creative polymaths such as Dieter Rams, Le Corbusier, the Eames’ and Vignelli’s, and business/thought leaders like Simon Sinek, Howard Schultz, Angela Ahrendts and Hans Rosling.
Throughout Matt’s 14-year design experience, his career has given him the opportunity to work across continents, categories and disciplines, delivering award winning work and experiencing both the client and agency side of the table in the process. He has worked with a number of respected brands and communications agencies, large and small, including Apple, Westfield, Sony, Burberry, Hewlett Packard and Rankin. At Apple, Matt worked in both the retail and product team, delivering Apple’s creative strategy and launching projects such as iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air.
Matt is also the founder of Design Assembly, an online design forum gathering an audience of over 80,000 unique visitors each month to critically discuss design and its impact in the world. Sales from its published compendium, ‘DA3’, have raised over £14k for cancer charities worldwide. In 2013, The Creative Circle recognized the publication, which Matt wrote, edited and designed with a prestigious 'Gold’ award for creative excellence.
In 2010, Matt joined Eight Inc. and was part of the leadership team to shape an inter-disciplinary company approach to create the emerging field of Experience Design. In addition, Matt led teams of strategic designers and business creatives to deliver holistic, human-centric experiences, spanning the digital and physical realms. As sole Regional Principal of Eight Inc.’s EMEA operations, Matt led the growth of the London studio from 4 people in 2013 to a sustainable 30 individuals in 2016. His current clients include Jaguar Land Rover, Barclays (Wealth and Retail), Akbank, His Royal Highness Sheik Hamden and include leading an award winning fin-tech innovation program for Citi Private Bank.
His interests include brand, marketing and communication design, sociology and anthropology, Innovation and service design, culture creation and organizational design, change management, social activism, and genomics and healthcare innovation.
To help inspire and define the design community, Matt has been invited to events globally as a keynote speaker, which includes Harvard Business Review, Index Conference, Citi Mobile Challenge, Imperial College, Crystal Apple Creative Festival, and MasterCard StartPath. Matt is now the Chief Communications Officer and Executive Principal and based in the Eight Inc. San Francisco office.
Senior Vice President, Business Development, Manhattan Associates Jeff Cashman serves as Manhattan Associates' senior vice president of business development. Mr. Cashman joined Manhattan Associates in January 2005 from MAPICS, a publicly traded company that specializes in enterprise resource planning software solutions for manufacturing companies, where he served as vice president and general manager of international operations. While at MAPICS, he also served as their vice president of professional services and chief marketing officer. Prior to MAPICS, Mr. Cashman held senior executive positions at Viewlocity, a supply-chain event management software solutions provider and as senior vice president of marketing and business development at McHugh Software (now Red Prairie). Mr. Cashman started his career with Accenture, where he spent more than a decade in their distribution/logistics software organization and supply chain strategy practices. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
VP, Workplace Strategy
Mike Zorn is the VP of Workplace Strategy for Workjam. In his role, he works with client companies to develop strategies, using the Workjam Digital Workplace, to empower and engage their hourly workforce. With a focus on the emerging workforce it is essential that companies use a platform like Workjam to meet the demands and expectations of the multifaceted associates. Prior to joining Workjam Mike spent 30 plus years with Macy’s Inc. the last 15 as the Senior Vice President of Associate and Labor Relations. His responsibilities included culture and employee engagement development, internal branding and communications, employee and labor relations strategy for the Macy’s enterprise.
Head of Global Marketing
Austin is the Head of Global Marketing for StoreForce and oversees the development of marketing strategies around the world. Before transitioning into Global Marketing in 2017, Austin was the Director of North American Business Development from the time he joined StoreForce in 2013.
Austin comes from an extensive background in fast-growing brand communications and consumer engagement solutions. His career started alongside industry leaders in a digital, social and advertising design agency where he worked on special projects related to building strong brands for clients, and successfully marketing strategies and campaigns. He moved into Business Development in 2009 with a media technology company, where he oversaw business strategy and product research and development.
From the moment he joined StoreForce, Austin has expressed his passion for building the StoreForce business, building a strong Retail network, and building brand excitement among his colleagues and our clients. His passion for Speciality Retail, the StoreForce brand, and his strong social network has accelerated Austin as an ambassador for the StoreForce Solution and WFM+. Dave has recently joined StoreForce as VP Sales to help continue the company’s accelerated growth into the Global Specialty Retail market. Dave brings a unique view of the industry with over 12 years of retail WFM experience, both from working with a leading WFM consulting organization, as well as with multiple retail WFM software providers.
Dave has worked with dozens of retailers over this period and has developed a keen understanding of best practices in retail labour management, scheduling, and driving sales performance. With a background in building high performing sales teams and a wealth of experience in the Retail workforce management space, Dave is passionate about helping our retail customers achieve their success objectives. Julian Boxenbaum is an award-winning, patent holding, experience designer and innovation strategist with a history of developing successful products, strategies, and user-experiences. Julian worked for six years in Italy prior to founding a successful practice in New York which he ran for over a decade. He has worked with international brands such as Tumi, Sperry Top-Sider, HP, Lenovo, and Hypo Real Estate International on projects ranging from product design and strategy to brand positioning and built environments. He also co-founded the renowned innovation salon, LucidNYC and has taught design thinking and integrated innovation at prestigious institutions such as NYU and Carnegie Mellon University. Julian joined Eight Inc. in 2017 and is the Principal in the New York studio.

Patrick is Vice President at Definitive Technology Group. His career started in the US Air Force where he served as a Combat Medic. After his military service, he earned multiple undergraduate degrees along with two masters, including an MBA. Roger is responsible for commercial revenue at Prolitec, the global leader in ambient scent marketing with 100,000+ installations in more than 80 countries. Roger brings over 15 years of retail management experience having previously served as SVP of Marketing at The Sharper Image. While there, Roger oversaw a $100MM+ advertising budget and directed the marketing efforts across the direct and retail sales channels. He also had P&L responsibility for the wholesale and corporate B2B divisions of the company where Sharper Image proprietary products were sold in thousands of retail doors domestically and abroad.
Prior to joining Sharper Image, Roger co-owned and operated St. Louis-based All Pro Sports. APS produced and aired Major League Baseball television shows in major markets across the United States.

Kristin Schoenstein has been a Program Director with Worldwide Business Research since 2010 and has been producing events since 2004. She currently specializes in the retail and eCommerce sector where she heads up the Future Stores portfolio and eTail East. She also successfully launched and grew WBR’s customer experience portfolio. In her role, she is responsible for market research, content creation and speaker faculty management for each event. Prior to WBR, she produced events in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector and got her start organizing educational programming for physicians. In her free time, Kristin heads out to the East end of Long Island where she enjoys boating, fishing and days at the beach with her husband and two daughters.
