Calvin is a results-driven executive with 30+ years of experience in directing retail real estate development programs and managing commercial property, with tangible results in positioning companies to realize performance targets.

He held various leadership positions with Walmart, Target, and Levi Strauss, and currently works as a SVP, Chief Development Officer with Office Depot.  He leads a team of experts in real estate, design, construction, facilities, and loss prevention to create short & long term strategies and to execute them flawlessly.

He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
