is currently leading the activation of in-store initiatives, innovation, and
the evolution of the retail and employee experience for Tiffany & Company’s
global flagship in New York City. This multi-year
transformation encompasses the all aspects of the customer experience and
includes a dramatic physical store renovation, the first of this scope and
scale since 1940. Jieh also led Marketing
& Strategy globally for the Love & Engagement business after joining Tiffany
as a founding member of the corporate strategy & business development team.
to Tiffany, Jieh was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she focused
on the luxury, retail, and consumer goods industries. Jieh also worked with Lululemon
Athletica during their early stage growth, identifying and prioritizing markets
and categories for expansion and defining a path from $300M to $1B in sales.
started as an entrepreneur in college, launching her first company, Gotham
Events, to create memorable celebrations at both an intimate and extravagant
scale in New York City. She also helped develop “The Apprentice”, a reality
television program where contestants competed in entrepreneurial ventures in an
effort to win an “apprenticeship” with Donald Trump.
received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Art History &
Studio Art, magna cum laude, from
Barnard College, Columbia University.
