Szeszycki practices design as a team sport, where everyone plays a role in the
success of a product or service. He champions collaboration, holistic strategy,
and supporting customer needs while addressing business challenges. Currently
at Gap Inc., Marek leads user experience design with a cross-functional team
running lean experiments to explore new store experiences. He orchestrated user
experience for the point of sale mobile applications for stores in North
America and China. He also contributed to credit card enrollment, loyalty, and
BOPIS programs. Prior to Gap Inc, Marek designed digital experiences with clients
in finance, healthcare, transportation, and entertainment.
