As the founder of Natural Insight, Stefan Midford brings his vision and passion for the retail industry to leading the creation of a cloud-based advanced retail execution and workforce management platform. Midford has more than 40 years of proven experience in the retail industry and is dedicated to solving challenges and developing solutions related to retail execution, field management, and on-demand mobile workforces. 

A serial entrepreneur and innovator, Midford founded Natural Insight in 2005 out of South49 Solutions, a company dedicated to improving the connection between employers and employees through advanced technology. Since its launch, Natural Insight has expanded its customer base to include retailers, brands, CPG companies, and merchandising / retail marketing agencies around the world. He is focused on ensuring all clients possess the advanced mobile technology needed to improve retail operational efficiency while providing workers the tools to excel and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
