Tom Nolan is the Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer at Kendra
Scott, LLC based in Austin, Texas. Nolan oversees strategic revenue growth for
the billion-dollar business as well as all aspects of marketing and creative
and has successfully integrated the brand’s core pillars of family, fashion,
and philanthropy into every consumer touchpoint within the business. Nolan brings more than two decades of experience in brand
building, management and results-driven strategic planning to the more than
2,000 Kendra Scott employees he led since joining the brand.
Prior to his current role, Nolan founded Prospect Brands, LLC in
2012 and served as President & Chief Executive Officer. Prospect Brands is
the parent company of Duck Head, Gyde and Crittenden, global outerwear and
apparel brands long established and trusted in the industry. From 2008 to 2012,
Nolan was a Senior Vice President at Ralph Lauren, where he ran the golf and
tennis divisions in North America, Mexico and the Caribbean, overseeing sales,
marketing, public relations, manufacturing, merchandising, distribution, and
overall business growth. Before Ralph Lauren, Nolan was a Vice President &
Publisher at Conde Nast where he was responsible for P&L for Golf World
Magazine, the nation’s oldest golf publication.
Nolan’s commitment to innovation and excellence extends beyond
the world of business as a current member of the Board of Trustees for the
Piedmont Triad Foundation, the Board of Directors for Mizzen + Main, and the
Board of Trustees at The Southern Golf Association. Nolan is a former Member of
the Board of Directors at Kendra Scott as well as the Non-Executive Chairman of
Summit Golf Brands.
Mr. Nolan received his MBA from The University of North
Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business, and holds a BA in business,
finance and communications from Fordham University.
